Australia Day Luncheon

Australia Day Luncheon

Start your year in style! The Australia Day Luncheon on Thursday 21 January launches the official Australia Day program for Melbourne with guest speakers, entertainment and terrific Victorian food and wine.

Australia Day at Docklands

There’s lots to enjoy down by the water for Australia Day! Musical performances, children’s entertainment, roving performers and the Comedy Debate are among a whole range of activities and events at Waterfront City in Docklands.

Australia Day Kings Domain

Kings Domain hosts many fun and free events on Australia Day. Check out the RACV Vintage Vehicles display, learn to juggle, practice tai chi, race an electric buggy, play mini-golf and chess, watch the Flyball Competition, or just find a shady spot and watch some great performers on the RACV stage. There’s something for everyone!

Australia Day People's March

The People’s March is a celebration of community and culture. The march, which runs down Swanston Street, brings together Australians from all walks of life who have joined together to make Australia the great nation we are today.

Australia Day Voyages Concert

Join us at Federation Square on the evening of Australia Day for a multicultural performance extravaganza. Now in its seventh year Voyages promises two hours of song, dance and colour to be capped off with the family favourite Australia Day fireworks display.
